❀❀❀Observations on degrees in astrology ❀❀❀
☆☆☆Something I’ve noticed is that the degrees in astrology are very similar to the energetic frequency of the number. ☆☆☆For ex: let’s say you have 0 degree Taurus rising: this means you’re like the fool card in tarot: you’re starting completely new in this energy
☆☆☆One thing you can do is find someone you know who has a more advanced degree in the same placement and see how they integrate the energies of the sign+degree. It’s a good way to see what not to do as well lol ☆☆☆For ex: I have Capricorn Mercury at 0 degree and I have a friend who has a more advanced degree in the same placement. She always teaches me to be direct and straightforward in my speech. No bullshit, no pussyfooting, just saying exactly what you mean.
☆☆☆On the flipside if you have a 29 degree placement: you’re like an elder. You’re probably extremely well versed in the frequency of that sign and carry a wise energy about it as well. I have a friend who is a Scorpio moon at 29 degree and he’s like a personal therapist to all his friends. He understands the deeply nuanced emotions of everyone around him. The downside is that the shadow side of Scorpio (obsessiveness/possessiveness) are a lot more pronounced if the person hasn’t worked through this.
☆☆☆another thing I’ve noticed is that 0 degree placements tend to experience things before everyone else. Like I always feel as if I’m experiencing a transit before everyone else as a Taurus rising at 0 degree. For ex: the effects of Mercury retrograde seem to hit me weeks in advance before everyone else. It’s like a blessing and a curse lol
